To create an authentic, cohesive brand identity for White Farmhouse Realty that reflects the values of simplicity, honesty, and community. This included strategic brand development, color theory, and typography selection designed to balance warmth and approachability with strong contrast and visibility for real-world applications such as yard signage.
We developed a full suite of printed marketing materials, including business cards, high-visibility real estate yard signs, letterhead, envelopes, banners, and supporting collateral — all aligned with the brand’s “Welcome Home” message and crafted for consistency across every touchpoint.
The project concluded with the design and development of a branded website (whitefarmhouserealty.com) that reinforces the company’s people-first approach to real estate. The site showcases residential, land, and commercial listings while clearly communicating services, local expertise, and the welcoming, trustworthy nature of the White Farmhouse Realty brand.
