These terms govern use of our website. Services purchased from Creatively Seeded are governed by the applicable signed client contract and project documents, according to the order of precedence stated in that contract.

Submitting an inquiry, completing a questionnaire, subscribing to our newsletter, or requesting a quote does not, by itself, create a client-service agreement or authorize work.

These website terms do not amend, replace, or supersede a signed client contract. Existing agreements remain in effect unless modified in the manner required by those agreements.

We may update advertised services, availability, and pricing. Those updates do not automatically change an accepted project or signed client agreement.

If we identify an error affecting an inquiry or order, we will explain the issue and any proposed correction before proceeding, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.

Please provide accurate and current contact, billing, and order information when making an online purchase or payment. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shop purchases are subject to the product information, checkout terms, and applicable Shop Policies presented for the purchase, including any delivery, return, or refund conditions.

Payments toward client services remain subject to the applicable client contract, project documents, and invoice terms. Making a payment through our website does not replace those agreements.

Disputes relating to client services remain subject to the governing-law, dispute-resolution, venue, and jurisdiction provisions of the applicable client contract.

We may revise these terms as our website and its features change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.

Updates to this page do not retroactively amend signed client agreements or change rights already granted under those agreements.

Where applicable law requires notice or agreement to a change, we will follow those requirements.
