Shop Policies

Returns & Refunds

All products are unique and produced only once an order is placed, therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, wrong colors, etc.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 15 days of product delivery at shop@creativelyseeded.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

It is important to note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, Creatively Seeded will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for providing the correct information.

Order Processing Policy

When placing an order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and made ready for shipping. 

Shipping Policy

has been process and ready for shipping. Many orders are processed and delivered much sooner than this, but please allow 7 to 14 business days to receive an item.

 

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing an order. Creatively Seeded is not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address and will not refund or replace items that are damaged, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered. Once an item is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local post office with any setbacks that occur while in transit.
